About us

Looking for someone with sales and customer service experience. Hours vary from 30 to 40 or more hours a week, depending on the time of the year and volume the store is doing. Saturday and Sunday a must during the months of March - June. Overtime available during busy time and job also pays commission on all play sets sold.

Job Description and Responsibilities

In Person Sales

• Guide customers through our outdoor showroom so they can see all their options.
• Provide designs and estimates for the customers using computer designer and hand written estimates.
• Write up orders and process payments.
• Input all orders and payments into point of sales program Fishbowl.
• Schedule customer installations.

Phone and Email Sales

• Be able to guide customers by website through their options or emailing information.
• Good phone skills to be able to write up orders and answer any and all questions they have.
• Write up orders and process payments.
• Input all orders and payments into point of sales program Fishbowl.
• Schedule customer installations.

Other Daily Responsibilities

• Keep work space clean and organized at all times.
• Keep display lot clean and presentable. (i.e., sweeping equipment, pulling weeds, raking leaving, etc.)
• Make sure store is organized and in order.
• Follow up on leads daily.
• Address any and all customer issues as they come in.
• Keep up with emails and phone messages from customers.

• Understanding of basic office procedures.
